These Terms govern your use of Casalimpia, a managed home-care coordination service connecting homeowners in Spain with verified independent cleaning professionals.

1. The service

Casalimpia is a coordination and matching service. We personally select, verify and assign independent cleaners for each booking. We are not an employer or staffing agency.

2. Independent cleaners

All cleaners are independent professionals (autónomos where required by Spanish law), responsible for their own registration, social security contributions, taxes and any required liability insurance.

3. Bookings and manual confirmation

Payment does not constitute an automatic, instant booking confirmation. After successful payment, every booking is manually reviewed by Casalimpia to confirm cleaner availability for your property and selected date. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been finalised.

If a suitable cleaner is not available for your selected date, Casalimpia will contact you to offer an alternative appointment or provide a full refund.

Customers do not select or browse individual cleaners. Casalimpia personally assigns the most suitable verified professional for each booking based on location, availability, property type and service needs.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices shown at checkout are fixed and inclusive — no hidden hourly fees. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through Stripe Checkout. The available methods (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bizum, Bancontact, Revolut Pay and others) depend on what is currently active in our Stripe account and your location. Casalimpia is the merchant of record for your payment and coordinates payment to the assigned cleaner separately, outside the platform.

5. Pricing accuracy & property information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information at the time of booking, including property size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and requested services.

If the actual property condition, size or workload differs significantly from the submitted booking details, Casalimpia reserves the right to adjust the final service price accordingly to reflect the additional work required. Any adjustment is discussed with the customer before proceeding.

If additional charges are declined, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled, and any amount paid for work not carried out will be refunded.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Bookings cancelled by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled date are fully refundable. If Casalimpia is unable to fulfil your booking — for example, because no cleaner is available for your selected date — you will receive a full refund.

7. Service area

Casalimpia currently operates in selected Costa Blanca South areas (approximately 40 km around Benijófar). Bookings outside this area cannot be accepted.

8. Disputes

Service-quality concerns should be reported to Casalimpia within 48 hours of the cleaning. We review every dispute in good faith and coordinate a resolution directly with the cleaner.
