This agreement sets out the basic principles for independent cleaners joining the Casalimpia network. It is intentionally simple — our goal is a trusted, professional relationship built on reliability and clear communication.
Your status
You join Casalimpia as an independent freelancer. You are not an employee, contractor, agent or representative of Casalimpia. You remain free to work with other clients and platforms.
Professionalism & communication
We ask that you respond to requests in a timely manner, arrive on time for confirmed bookings, treat homes and homeowners with respect, and communicate openly if anything changes or goes wrong.
Reliability
Once you accept a booking, it becomes a commitment. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a pause or removal from the network.
Identity verification
Before being added to our active network, every cleaner completes a short identity check. This helps us keep the platform safe for homeowners and for other cleaners.
Autónomo & insurance — before paid work
You can apply and be added to our interest list right away. Valid autónomo registration and any required liability insurance are only needed before you accept your first paid booking through Casalimpia. We'll guide you through this step and review the documents at that point.
Taxes & social contributions
As an independent professional, you are responsible for your own taxes and social security contributions in line with Spanish law.
Changes
As the platform grows, we may update this agreement. We'll always communicate meaningful changes in advance.
